He will be responsible for all  manufacturing operations at the Oregon City plant.</div>
<p align="left">Mr. Winterling brings twenty-four years of manufacturing and  metal-working experience to Benchmade. For the past 10 years, he was the  Director of Manufacturing at The Stanley Works plant in Milwaukie, Oregon. Prior  to that, he spent fourteen years with Kennametal/ Greenfield Industries in  various positions including Director of Operations, Plant Manager, Materials  Manager, and Engineering Manager. Mr. Winterling was also a Technical Services  Engineer for the Timken Company.</p>
<p align="left">&#8220;I look forward to focusing on Benchmade&#8217;s manufacturing efforts  to achieve success in lean manufacturing concepts,&#8221; says Mr. Winterling. &#8220;I am  excited to continue the development of world-class manufacturing at  Benchmade.&#8221;</p>
